"Eat some dependably prepared food, friendly staff. There are several items on the breakfast menu that stand out. Yummy waffles with apples--excellent. We've eaten here a number of times and not been disappointed."

"Stopped here for lunch with the family as we were shopping in the area. We arrived on Sunday at around noon. There were only a few patrons there. We tried: Pho Tai Bo Vien OK. Soup was a little on the bland side, but decent quality noodles and good value. Thai Chicken Wings OK. Nothing special. Pad Thai OK flavor, huge serving. I could only eat half of it, so I took the rest home as leftovers. Same noodles used as in the pho. Just to be clear they serve predominately Vietnamese dishes, but their signage (and menu) emphasize Thai food, but there really weren't many Thai dishes to select from (maybe 7 dishes). Service was minimal, and had to be waved down if we wanted anything. This is a Cash Only establishment. Plenty of parking in this outdoor mall. There aren't any stores in the immediate area of this restaurant (just a couple of empty spaces for lease), so there is no competition for parking. Overall, decent food and good prices. Nothing special, but if I didn't feel like going one of the chain restaurants in the area, this isn't a bad choice."

"I just had a bubble tea from this place and it was really good. They don’t take credit card so that’s a little inconvenient. Also, they charge extra if you want brown sugar pearls instead of normal ones which I haven’t seen elsewhere."

"The steamy hot dogs are amazing anytime we are in new Westminster we pretty much roll the truck to get there to stop in and see Annie. the maple twist ice cream is off the hook delicious at the end of your meal, the poutine is amazing and the smoked meat sandwiches are to die for an absolute must if you're in new Westminster. Annie's is the bomb"

"Wednesday afternoon, my boyfriend and I went to Burger Heaven for lunch. It was our first time, and it certainly won 't be our last. We both ordered The Works Burger, and it was absolutely delicious; one of the best burgers I have ever had. The one regret I have is that I didn 't order the cheddar and bacon bits add on to the wedge fries. While the burgers are on the pricey side (keeping on par with every restaurant in Vancouver), they are delicious, and very filling. You certainly don 't go away hungry. Note: they serve Pepsi, not Coke, which is a disappointment, but they have ginger ale! If you do go to Burger Heaven, though, avoid sitting at the front. It 's an old building, and the floor slopes quite noticeably. We were initially seated at the front but requested to be moved as I was leaning forward quite significantly, enough to be uncomfortable."
