"Bought a mava eggless cake from here. It was a packed product. Opened it at home to find fungus growing on it. Also my wife noticed that the pastries in their shelf had water drops on them, indicating they weren't fresh. I tried to lodge a complaint with their customer care number and as instructed shared payment receipt and product pictures with them. They agreed to pick up the product for inspection, but actually didn't. Also no action was taken from their end."

"I have never seen a green tea cafe with so much natural flavors. They make tea with natural leaves and aayurvedic herbs. Ultimate thing is the tea is not bitter but the tasty with different flavors. Have you ever seen a tea with turmeric and you drink it as one of your tasty tea? I really like the effort of these guys. Idli pakoda is also ultimate item without fry... Loved chutney also."

"Disappointed. We were already in the neighbourhood for some personal work. As it was approaching lunchtime, we decided to have lunch at Bikanerwal which was very close to where we were. The Ground floor has a shop and a restaurant where fast food and sweets etc are served. The restaurant for meals is on the first floor. Noticed a board on the staircase proclaiming fine dining ! The person who came to take orders suggested we have starters before ordering the lunch. We are small eaters and at our age senior citizens), it has been our experience for some time now that we can have either the starters or the lunch!!. Maharaja and Chinese platters in starters were very strongly recommended. So we ordered Maharaja and Chinese plates. Each platter had three/ four varieties of snacks. With quantity 3/4 items of each variety. We could not fully finish both platters. Needless to say that we did not order lunch. Starter platters were just average, nothing to write home about. I would call it far from fine dining . Earlier experience of chole Bhature on the ground floor was much beter. A bit disappointed"

"We went to this outlet of Madras a coffee house for a cup of filter coffee after our work. The coffee was okay and served hot in steel tumbler. We ordered kuzhu paniyaram for snack which is made of rice and daal. We like paniyaram. It is a place to get your cup of tea or coffee and some snack."

"Wanted to try Burmese cuisine for so long and I wasn't dissapointed. Wa potatoes was really good, I forgot the name but there was one fried rice dish with chestnut, tofu which was recommended by the staff and it was really good, authentic south east asian flavour. Khow Suey was very sweet and too much for one person, maybe because of so much coconut milk."

"Manager Jaiprakash is very rude. I have ordered while reading a book when I visited there and guess what when I finished my tea , he asked a waiter to ask me to leave the table if I will not place another order now. This is so pathetic approach. Although the seat was not all booked but it bothered him when I was reading without placing another order. This is not what I was expecting from a brand like chaos. They should be more flexible like costa or Starbucks in terms of treating their regular customers."

"Very cool place to hangout with friends and family. The place is child friendly as well. Very well behaved staff. Awesome ways to serve the food and drinks. We can order and pay through mobile application by scanning the QR code. No hassle of mistaking food order and quantity. Be mindful that each dish is sufficient for 2 people. I think it's best that way because then we can enjoy as many varieties. I was amazed by presentation of food and serving style. We had chooza 65, egg in pav, butter chicken with roti, oreo mud pie(oreo milk shake) and beer of course."
