"Poor Service LONG wait to get in and to receive food (which is fine...this is not a place where you are in and out quickly). BUT staff virtually disappeared after we received our food. No coffee refills and our dirty plates sat in front of us for 25 minutes...until I finally got the attention of the owner. I shared that we 'd nobody had been by in over 25 minutes and she very condescendingly said, Well maybe they are busy. If you don 't have enough staff to cook, serve and clean, don 't seat all the tables. You gave very poor service and didn 't give care because you already had the money. . The experience left a bad taste in my mouth despite the food and coffee being decent."

"I would usually never write a review for a fast-food place in a food court but Thai Express exceeded my expectations. The cashier that day - a young man with close-shaved hair - was such a bright spot in an otherwise hectic noon hour. He was pleasant and asking people how they were, teasing them about paying $10 extra for a copy of a receipt, and just generally making people happy and engaged in the process. I really appreciate that kind of good customer service and commitment to the job. Annnnyyyways, the food. I don't always eat at Thai Express, but when I do, I know what to expect. I know what it will taste like, I know how they'll prepare it and I know that it's not a gamble that "Mild" means "Mild" or that the ingredients will be consistent. I usually get the Pad Sew and enjoy every last bite and I know each time I get it, it will be done 'right'. I think the quality of this location is evidenced by their occasionally longer line-ups... but don't let that scare you off. Those lines move quickly and it's worth the wait!"

"Extreme Pita offers healthy fare at a great price. The staff need a bit more training in how to relate to customers, but they are not rude. Because of the way the pitas are put together, this place gets bogged down during a rush. One improvement I wish for would be to roll the pita so you don't have a salad end and a meat end!"

"I went there today. I ordered a burger that cost $17. I asked them not to put tomato and onion on it and instead to put pickles on since it doesn’t come with any. They told me the pickles would cost extra. Now is it just me? Or shouldn’t I get a couple of pickle slice on my $17 hamburger. What a joke. I’ll never go back there again. They lost a customer to save 3 pickle slices. Does this make sense to anyone? Then people wonder why they don’t get tipped!"
