"Not as expected. The ambiance and interior are very instagramable. taste of meals are so so, i am wondering why the the rating is pretty high. Maybe as a tourist, i am not familiar with the local taste. Idk. Honestly, this is not my favorite place. But this place one of my bucket list in KL :"

"Service here was excellent, the servers were very friendly and the setting was very comfortable. Had the bagels with cream cheese, was a bit disappointed because they just used burger buns but the overall taste was alright.<br/ <br/ Also had the brookie after which is a hybrid of brownies and cookies with some sort of filling in between, like a macaron. I didn't know what to expect of it but when i did try it, it was great! I would definitely go for another flavour next time."

"The price is quite deer. The fraps were nice and thirst quenching especially the frap with milk. The banana muffin was delicious. Caramel frap and chocolate cream chip was also nice."

"Their beverages and food selection is quite wide and interesting. Portion sizes are also fairly reasonable though price is still on the fairly expensive side. Staff are always friendly and helpful (not to mention trendy), and latte art is almost guaranteed for most hot beverages. "I grew up eating the signature chicken chop with brown gravy in the 80s and 90s. So when I went home last Eid, I had a sudden crave attack of that chicken chop. The last time I had it was a few years back and it was as yummy as I can remember. However, when the order came (after 2x order mistakes! I was extremely disappointed. They have totally changed the style:<br/ separate gravy (it was nicer soaked with the chicken <br/ heavily breaded fatty chicken. The actual meat was so little <br/ I'm giving 4.5 since the other foods are delicious and I'm sentimentally affected by all those years going to this place. We also had fried kuey teow, grilled lamb NZ black pepper and the milk shakes... wow! The pandan wrapped chicken is nice too. Great family times took place here since forever. Real cozy!"

"Had breakfast here..Just awhile ago with my father. Good food.<br/ <br/ Some of their staff was nice and friendly to the customers. <br/ <br/ But there is one “super polite” staff who acts like the owner of the restaurant. Shouting and yelling at his colleagues. And treating the customers the same. Running here and there with his Vadai. I couldn’t get his name..<br/ <br/ Dear Raj Banana leaf management, please advise the “Super Polite” staff to not to 'over ' perform at work and teach him how to treat customers with respect. <br/ <br/ I will be back just for your food not for your service. just 'TAPAU N GO '..<br/ <br/ my rating is purely for the meal."

"We ordered tom yam, pandan leave chicken, udang petai, siakap stim limau, there were all delicious! Portion wise, just perfect, not too big not too small. The price is also reasonable. Highly recommended."
