"Good day. I want to share a negative review. Yesterday I was looking for gift cards for pizza, I managed to find VK in this group. I wrote, specifying all the details, made an order in the application. I made the payment online. Then they called me, clarified the order. It was convenient pickup. The order readiness time was indicated at 19.40. Readiness GIFT CARD REPEAT . It needs to be cooked more than three hours for pickup. This is already confusing. I warned that at the indicated time of readiness to pick up will not work and SPECIFIED the time of work. To which they answered me clearly until 24.00 Then, more than 2 hours BEFORE the end of working hours, my order was canceled, while they did not call, did not write, but simply canceled. To my question, why?, They answered you did not come for a LONG time !!!!! . What do you mean they did not come and what is LONG if the working day has not ended yet ??? Хочу поделиться негативным отзывом. Вчера искала подарочные карты на пиццу, получилось найти в этой группе вк. Написала, уточнив все детали, сделала заказ в приложении. Оплату произвела онлайн. Далее мне позвонили, уточнили заказ. Удобен был самовывоз. Время готовности заказа было указано 19.40. Готовности ПОДАРОЧНОЙ КАРТЫ ПОВТОРЮСЬ . Её нужно готовить более трех часов для самовывоза. Это уже смутило. Я Предупредила что в указанное время готовности забрать не получится и УТОЧНИЛА время работы. На что мне чётко ответили до 24.00 Далее ещё более чем за 2 часа ДО окончания рабочего времени мой заказ отменили, при этом не позвонили, не написали, а просто отменили. На мой вопрос почему?, ответили вы ДОЛГО не приходили !!!!! . Что значит не приходили и что такое ДОЛГО если ещё не закончился рабочий день??? На этот вопрос я так и не получила ответа. В работе персонала важна , ответственность и пунктуальность Вам видимо не знакомы такие основные качества. Да, и деньги на карту мне так и не вернулись. Что ставит под сомнение Вашу добросовестность. Подарочная карта была приобретена в подарок, которого теперь не оказалось. Своей некомпетентностью Вы испортили людям праздник. Общение с персоналом достойное только до момента оплаты заказа. Далее клиентооренированность сводится к значению ниже нуля . Ужасное впечатление и настроение Вы создали людям своим отношением."

Звонок поступил, цифры ввела получила «Ваш заказ своримирован». Прошло полтора часа звоню, а мне оператор говорит: «Мы звонили до Вас не дозвонились заказ отменён». ТАК НИКТО НЕ ЗВОНИЛ!!! Был только единственный звонок с номера 74999665352 где я должна была подтвердить заказ и все. Испорченный вечер!!!!! Отвратительно работают диспетчеры Службы Доставки"
