"Really impressed by the increase of the options at at, vegan milk in anywhere where they find costa served. this place also has a few vegan sandwich options. this little place is always packed, but has such a fast rounding around that after a bit waiting they can find a seat in the rule."

"When I left, I had a bee, bee, and beetle bread that was beautiful. I have spoken with kay about other options, she said that they sometimes smell vegans, but not very often as there is no massive demand for them. would have been nice to have the possibility of a sausage, but the bread I had was very nice."

"Awful, shocking experience here this evening. Arrived around 6:15pm and it took 45 minutes to get to the window. Asked to park up and waited another 45 minutes to be told my order had been lost. Scores of cars parked up waiting, who eventually either left or went in for a refund. I had the dog in the car and wasn't even in a space so couldn't go in for a card refund so sent the woman in for a cash one. That was bad enough, but made worse by Uber, Just Eat etc coming and going multiple times. One guy took 3 orders while I waited. I'll never go again. Disgusting service."

"Pleasantly surprised to find the caffe, served a beautiful strong coffee while I was in the load that would pick a few dings. the caffe is clean, served by a pleasant member of the staff, the place seemed to have plenty of sitting options and noticed that the employees often collect used items and keep the place clean. but for the first beautiful cup americano coffee of the day, I thank them and that means much to an enthusiastic lover of caffeine."

"First, I tried to call at least 10 times the whole day to book and check that this load definitiw accepts the wowcher goods. No one ever answered. as last resort I contacted her fb page. the person answered only one question (the voucher, so I had to contact them again, no one answered the phone. they said I could book online, but no apology or explanation was made. I hate the online booking and much rather talk to an actual person! When we arrived, we sat fast. then it took 15 minutes until someone came back to take over our order. that was nice. the service was hurried and not very susceptible. during my booking I had asked if the happy birthday song could be played when the desert came to my men's birthday and it wasn't. we had a wowkward voucher that I introduced and when the bill came, we were charged again?! we were not able to prove it there and then, and since it was a tasty bite for my husband birthday, we didn't want a fus so paid up to query later. we have reviewed my account and we have actually already paid (no know them a voucher to be added to a bill beforehand?! so we have paid £40 for a £20 credit (my man has email regarding this overall it was not a very good experience that is a scandal because it was our first time without our children in a very long time!"
