"One of the best places for lunch in Trivandrum, Pankayam makes no fuss about the dishes they serve. It's my go to place anytime I'm in this part of the city, provided I have enough time to enjoy a bite. The place has a good ambience, they are extremely busy during peak hours and parking would be road side since their front yard can only accommodate 4-5 cars at a time.<br/ <br/ Lunchtime mainly consists of oonu on a banana leaf with all sorts of accompaniments as expected from a typical Kerala sadya. A veg curry tasting similar to fish curry, sambhar, moru curry, parippu curry and moru are already at the table in small baranis which are refilled as needed. Once the banana leaf is placed on the table, pickle, pappadam, avial, kootu curry, payasam, thoran and rice are served.<br/ <br/ A person walks around the restaurant offering the sea food specials of the day like fish fry, squid fry and prawns fry. Whatever you choose to pickup is billed, similar to dimsum restaurants. You may ask the waiters for any other food items and they'll be glad to help. Everyone is warm, courteous and tries to make your meal comfortable however possible.<br/ <br/ This is just a small gist of what you expect and I'll add more as and when I visit the next time. "M2: Outside food is overpriced for snacks and cheap for afternoon meals (but of low quality). The milk using which they make coffee and tea are bad/carcinogenic. Inside their AC room, menu and food options are better. They charge a premium for sitting inside. Ambiance is average. One of the better restaurants now within Techno-park campus where they serve good dishes."

"Very good food reasonable cost.. I would rate this is one of the best shops for evening snacks in tvm. We ordered almost 90% of the items in the menu and we could not order those who were not available at the time. The menu first we saw in a thought that the elements are little expensive, but after the first bite of each article this thought flew away... Snacks were so good. Masala kattan chai seemed interesting and normal chai was too good as the milk was very fresh and tasty. Each product is rich in all flesh by which the article is named. Meat Samosa was meaty for every bite and not potato or onion rich."
