"A visit to the university town of Tübingen is often associated with a clinic appointment. Then, of course, it is recommended to reward yourself afterwards, especially in a culinary way. On the way to the first appointment we arrive in the middle of the old town, at the end of the Jakobsgasse, which seems to have fallen out of time, as if there were still horse-carrying past here and the vines at the wall of the house ran past a window front, behind which loud relaxed people sit. This seems so tempting that we will walk past and just enter later. What's ironic? “Suedhang” is really in Tübingen’s middle, rather flat and flat, with a view of a small square. At first glance, it is not immediately possible to see whether this location is a youth house, a student meeting or a bistro. The room is maximally minimalist: light wooden planks, light green tinted walls, few tables, a counter, a wall shelf with many accurately dressed paper bags, a green plant. My Flat White 3.80 Euro is spent in a low, hemless glass vessel, artistically filled to the edge, with some water in a second glass. Both are on a white, perhaps even handcuffed? Ceramic dish. "It's okay as a café. It has a beautiful atmosphere and is the only café in this area of Tübingen that offers clearly marked vegan and vegetarian options. I was disappointed that they don't have milk for coffee. Maybe if enough people come and ask for it, they'll deliver it. The vegan curry was quite delicious. They also have Wi-Fi, which is a plus. This is a beautiful place to come by when you are already going to the Kunsthalle Kunstmuseum. You also have several art magazines that you can read."

"The vegi in tübingen is located in the old town and has a rustic charm. for eating there are mostly falafel. the falafel tastes very good, the broth is however very tough and hard. the soßen are self-made, but there is no raffinesse. the pommes are also recommended as made themselves. the employees were very nice and yet the vegi is more suitable if you want to quickly get a falafel on the hand."
