"I complete echo Denmark123London's review. Expensive for average food. Service is substandard. Tries unnecessarily hard to be posh but neglected basics such as topping up water (I would be happy to walk over and top it up myself if the bottle was left near my table; I waited nearly an hour for my water to be topped up) and bringing the bill promptly when asked (we waited nearly half an hour of the bill)."

"Great coffee and just amazing patisserie and baking. Love the brioche praline, and the opera and the succes cafe, and the raspberry frangipane tart....week is not long enough to try them all! I have seen quite a few reviews (of this and other places where people feel that they get a bad service if they don 't speak French. Maybe I am lucky in that I speak reasonable French, with a good accent (so I am told anyway but my husband speaks far less and with a pretty awful accent tbh. BUT the fact that he tries makes a huge difference, and we have found this all over France. It is pretty embarrassing hearing English people not even attempting to say anything at all (even merci in French and instead just barking loudly and rudely single demands like hot chocolate in English (I heard this at the restaurant L 'ouillette I am about to visit a country whose language I do not know at all...but I am at least learning to say please and thank you!"

"Highly recommended! Extremely good and unique. The restaurant is attached to the farm/stable. There are tables with windows that look into the barn with cows and other animals maybe only inches away. Nothing like I've ever seen in the US! Fantastic quality! We've been in the area twice and have 3 visits here so far... Probably one more before we head back home!"

"Good bar for an after ski drink in a calm and sophisticated setting. A lot of attention has been put on the design of the place. Contemporary alpine with a twist. Service is good. Prices are rather on the high side, but reasonable given the location."

"Great place perfect for a robust breakfast before skiing. The service is nice, smiling, efficient and fast. The choice of cakes, biscuits, croissants and patisseries is just amazing, and everything is good there. I mention breakfast, but you can go there for a snack too...in the afternoon after so much effort on the slopes...or just get there a beautiful dessert for your dinner at home."

"This is a modern caffe with a very pink decoration. the staff was friendly and efficient. the cakes were sweet, but ohrengrauer tee not according to my standards. the prices were very reasonable. great place."

"The food here is good but expensive. It took ages to order the wine however the recommendations were excellent. Ingrid our waitress was fun and attentive for such a packed dinning room. Atmosphere was good but you do pay for it!!"
