"Upon our arrival, an attentive staff member greeted us at the entrance. We walked down to the dining al fresco restaurant where we could see the pristinely clean cooking station and the chef prepping for plates. We began chatting with him, and he said one of his signature dishes was the ceviche with coconut milk. Outstanding. The heat from the optional habanero with the sweet creaminess of the coconut milk balanced out beautifully. The server was fully knowledgeable about the wine she was pouring. The chicken tandoori hamburger was very flavorful but slightly dry. The chef took the critique in a positive, light-hearted manner and offered a cilantro chimichurri sauce to help moisten the bread. It worked, and I was pleased. The price is very reasonable."
