"I have often walked past this tea shop and glanced over thinking I should really try that sometime. And after visiting for the first time yesterday, I'm so glad I did. I won't lie, I first entered the teashop with expectations of tacky and half hearted attempts, but I was so impressed. What a refreshing change it is to be able to see the thoughtfulness and enthusiasm which has clearly gone into developing this charming little escape. When I entered and first sat down I was amazed to see all the effort that had gone into making the experience feel genuine yet not over done. All the little details were cared for from the decorations around the tea room which I could have spent hours inspecting and analyzing, the beautifully crockery which my food and beverages arrived on, to the vintage reading material on every table. I especially enjoyed the 1940's radio station which they had playing in the back ground. The food was lovely, the staff were incredibly polite and attentive, the prices were incredibly good value for money, and really in my opinion it's a utterly lovely place. If you're looking for a nice escape with a pleasant atmosphere then I highly recommenced you give this tea shop a try, I will certainly be returning."

"Visited just before christmas for breakfast, sometimes cheap is just not worth the money. Cheap it was but inedible and lowest quality ingredients, left most of our plates and went elsewhere, just a very sad place with poor food unfortunately"

"Las time I visited here was last year to use the drive thru after ordering on the app. Once I pulled up to collect, I was told that I needed to go into the shop to collect as they didn't offer a drive thru collection for app orders. Bit of an inconvenience, but fair enough, even though the app allowed me to order this way. I went inside to collect and was then told that my order wasn't there and was sat waiting at another store around the corner in a busy shopping centre. This was a total ball-ache and I refused to use Costa again until today. Today I used the drive thru and didn't bother ordering thru the app, just at the window to minimise the chance of error. There really is no way of getting around the poor service and lack of products at Costa. All the new seasonal drinks were unavailable and the standard drinks were only available up to medium size. So, I ended up placing an order for something I didn't really want and waited in line for a good 20 mins in total. Eventually got to the collection point and the server asked me for my order again because they didn't take it down the first time. I gave her the order again and low and behold now even basic drinks were unavailable so we just had to leave as I was pretty fed up at this point. I will not use Costa again, poor service, lack of availability and general all round waste of time. I made my own 2 coffees at home instead and saved myself £8."

"The café is located in the wonderful hepworth gallery and offers a wide range of vegans. all marked and imaginative. also available milk based on plants. I had only the warm carrot and fennel salad, but it was wonderful. a lot of taste. I saw some of the other vegan options being brought out and they all looked great. park expensive, but park around the corner in the retail shops and go over for free entry to the museum."

"After we arrived on Saturday, we could see that this place was busy. After we didn't book, we waited only in the tent area before we sat in the house. coffee was good sandwich was substantially steak cooked and well seasoned, meerrettich was fired I loved it. shop was good to offer many ideas for gifts. the personal was attentive and polite. it's a because I made an evaluation that shows how good this place is, will be safe again."

"We normally order Indian from here, which is always excellent, but tonight we wanted pizza! I have to say the pizza was very good, lots of taste and flavour! Very pleased! Would highly recommend this place!"

"We really enjoyed eating that we had here. not a large selection, but delicious. pasties and cake for us. what a great location and a perfect stop for your walk. all staff friendly and looked clean and well organized. our only negatiw is that very long wait in a waiting queue. partly due to covid (which is good to keep people safe), but also it is not a large enough device for the sheer amount of footfall. not the fault of caffe. that's why I'd be happy to come back. hopefully for a quieter season. as the watermeet walks are beautiful."
