"Very beautiful hostel, with a particularly neat interior decoration, like a Winstub. View on the Alsace plain. Hospital and quality service. Nice wine. Few dessert dishes in the table but all copied and well erected. The dishes are delicious, carefully prepared, products from the farm. The salted peat or the gratin of 3 cheeses are remarkable. Our neighbors took the meal of the marcaire, proposed by the Patron, to the regulars and he delighted them: the copied plates ended. Chantilly home excellent, with whole milk (not pasteurized of course, a heresy here... smelling good alpages. Hostel very frequented by the premises. Reservation very recommended. We'll be back soon. I highly recommend. NB. Possibility to buy cheese, peat or Wurst products on site"

"Superb view, pleasant service, dishes and pies are very good, a suggestion: for the siaskas: too small milk, or cream is much too liquid, which drowns kirsch, and no need for whipped"
