"I called before I ordered to discuss my Uber Eats order, and they still didn't get a simple order right. In fact - they were not even my order. But they gave me two potato salad orders instead of one and it was bland without taste. I didn't need two potato salad orders. I wouldn't recommend this place. They don't read the commands and don't listen when they're called."

"One of the better Kung Fu Tea spots. I tried their new pistachio milk tea they had samples and I was sold! . It was sweet and asked for only 30% sweet. Our only regret was not ordering more.I would definitely go back here with their friendly customer service, cleanliness, tons of parking in this shopping center and choices of fruit and milk teas to try."

"UPDATE: I decided to give this place another chance in March. Service food quality has improved and staff are very friendly. That's why I had to write my previous honest experience in the hope that the right changes would be made. What happened to this place? It used to be very good, but I experienced the worst service I had at a Wendy last night. I didn't have to wait too long on the line (about 5 min to place my order, but then I wait 15 minutes just to get my food. I had to ask where my order was and it was finally ready, but when I went to put myself, I realized that they got my order wrong, even after they showed it to the cashier twice. I ordered a #1, single burger, no Mayo/No cheese, baked potato with butter on the side and a small drink. But when I went to get my stuff out of my pocket (yes, they don't even have trays! , I saw a small chicken sandwich instead, so I had to go back while the cashier girl with the food prep argues about my order and wait another 5 minutes. I finally sit over 20 minutes after my walk, see that my burger has been sloppyly joined together without care or much salad or onion, but I did not want to go back again, as at this point I was more pressed for the time when I had to be in a meeting in less than an hour. The burger was not well done at all and very fat. Then I went for the potato and saw that they gave me sour cream instead of butter, soup, I had to go back! In the meantime, other customers nearby also had problems with the service. In addition, one of the two beverage machines was out of operation and there was no soap in the toilet. This Wendy needs great changes in management, which is a complete failure of an experience. Everything from service, food, atmosphere, very differentiated. I'm not back. I also contacted Wendy's company. You must make some important changes at this point."
