"Dropped on this lovely little coffee place! Different than your usual coffee places. Very clean, unusual furnishings but fit perfect! The staff are really friendly and very proud of their business. The Latte’s were really nice and the cakes looked yummy but unfortunately had only just had breakfast. A little off the beaten track but worth a visit!!"

"This place was fantastic. I'm from California and Ed's was a wonderful reminder of Home. This place feels like the 50s and it puts a smile on your face the moment you walk in. I got a Big Ed's Burger and it was delicious (had an onion ring and bacon on it, I mean come on). Eating here made me feel like I got my money's worth. The drinks are a bit expensive, but if you get water, a main, and a side it's not too bad. The service was good, we were greeted at the door and immediately got a seat. Things were busy and we got our food quickly. I'd definitely go back!"

"Met the owner at a conference, the food they catered was devine. Pop into the shop after the conference, OMG, we were in heaven, pl look at the pictures yourself. The restaurant is arranged very nicely according to the kind of food they service. Upstairs beautifully decorated. You can watch the chef preparing food for you. Amazing, must go if you are in Liverpool. Most customers speak Italian and this shows how good it is."

"This is a wonderful place. Thank goodness for quality, independently-run places like this in big city centres. The coffee was lovely and we visited twice: once for cooked breakfasts (delicious and non-greasy) and once for a coffee and a bun (very tasty). Skip Costa and Nero and go here instead. You’ll come back!"

"Ordered a giant cookie, was iced with my message within minutes. My son absoloutely loved it, and it tasted delicious. Ordered a cookie shake whilst I was waiting, which was a milkshake with cookies blended into it... divine! The thickest shake I've ever had,...my new favourite treat!"
