"If ever anyone ever throws 5 guys fries away! I know i came in at a little after 9. Sneaking out of my diet and out for a sunday breeze with my children ages 8,9 2. The fries tasted either not done and or old. I rarely come to Pittsburgh but to grab a bite and get a little city life. I was mortified by how disgusting the fries were. Our burgers had hard shell like pieces my boys said it hurt to eat. Just sad cause a few months back i was totally satisfied. But yesterday 3/6/2022 service and food was ugh!"

"The burgers and shake were amazing. The Pitt Panthers played later in the night at Heinz Field and the place was packed. We still received excellent and timely service. The staff is very capable at this location"

"This is good ice cream, no doubt about it. They have a lot of different options and the classics as well. They have a few daily options that change depending on the season. And vegan options too! Vegan options that actually sound delicious. I decided to try the peanut butter fudge milkshake.Wow, the shake was very thick! Nearly too thick. But, the flavor was great. The base was a rich chocolate. It seemed high quality. There are streaks of peanut butter throughout the ice cream. Even little bits of peanuts in the ice cream, but I wasn't a fan of this. Not much liquid fudge. It was topped with a generous amount of whipped cream.I would have enjoyed it more if the base was peanut butter, but it was still really good. The portion size was great. Although, it is pretty costly. I'm talking almost $10 for a milkshake. All in all, it's a great place to get a treat. Not the most cost effective, but the quality is great, and they have many diverse and delicious options to choose from. I would recommend trying them out."

"Hit or miss. Eat 'n Park has always been a hit-or-miss place for me. In my hometown we have one and so I have a lot of experience with the chain. When I 'm not feeling too demanding (and don 't want to spend the money for a TGI Friday 's I will head up to Squirrel Hill for old-time 's sake.<br/ <br/ I 've tried many, if not most of their big entries, so I can be more detailed regarding their food than my other reviews.<br/ <br/ Their best meals, for me, are their hot sandwiches, turkey and pot roast. At best, it 's really good, thick-cut meat with hot gravy on top. However, sometimes the turkey will be very thin deli-style meat, as opposed to the 'real ' stuff, which can be off-putting. (This isn 't a Squirrel Hill-specific foible, either. I would also recommend their grilled chicken breasts, especially with chipotle BBQ sauce, a healthy and tasty meal. Their quesadillas are good but they seem to be a seasonal menu item.<br/ <br/ Some other dishes: T-Bone steak isn 't bad but rather pricey and they tend to have a lot of fat. The spaghetti is pretty cheap with sauce that tastes like thickened ketchup. Chicken fingers and fish fillets are pretty bland. <br/ <br/ Side dishes are a mixed bag; the mashed potatoes aren 't bad but you can have a lot better. I don 't really like the fries. I love the chili but the chicken noodle soup is underwhelming. Vegetables definitely seem canned.<br/ <br/ Their best stuff may well be the breakfast selection: I 've never had eggs as good as Eat 'N Park 's, and they provide a large, hearty portion. The breakfast buffet is a real treat if you get a chance.<br/ <br/ The prices are always good, and they have a very homey, family-friendly atmosphere which is nice. Service is usually nice but not always fast. It 's not a bad place to go every once in awhile, especially if you 're watching your wallet.<br/ <br/ There 's a larger Eat- 'N-Park at the Waterfront which is roughly the same in quality."

"Chelsea is a TOP NOTCH server. Engaging, funny, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the menu (a member of our party has some very specific food allergies and Chelsea was able to run down ingredients of all the menu items from memory). The breadth of the menu is impressive. Obviously primarily burgers, but SO many options including 5 or 6 different meats, a couple vegan options, something like 10 different cheeses, and more veggie and sauce toppings than you could ever work through. The sea salt rosemary fries were amazing (we got 2 baskets for the table of 6 as an appetizer) and the site made chips that come with the burgers are great as well. Sadly we were only in town for a family event and won't be able to return anytime soon, but this place is definitely on our list to hit when we are in Pittsburgh next!"
