"Been here hundreds of times love to support a local business. Today I got 2 scoops of ice cream, black cherry on the bottom and heavenly hash on top. When I got to the bottom of the heavenly hash, I noticed a big blue streak of ice cream. No big deal, everybody makes mistakes. I just went back in and asked if I could get 1 scoop of black cherry in a new cone. The young lady said that there was probably cherry ice cream under the blue ice cream. I told her I didn 't like the blue ice cream and I really just wanted a new cone. She looked exasperated at me and said, "Do you want me to get a spoon and dig out the blue ice cream and give it back to you? "I was shocked. I looked around and didn 't see anybody around that looked like a manager (or even an adult). I handed her my uneaten ice cream and told her to throw it out for me.Sadly, I will not return unless I hear that their young staff get some training in customer service... or at least have an adult on duty."
