"Big Rich 's is set in the small village of Compton Martin, in the beautiful Chew Valley. It does great breakfasts (including 'Breakfast in BREAD ' and traditional, high quality fish and chip lunches with childrens meals and takeaway. There 's a Sunday roast and Sunday roast takeaway too. Don 't feel like fish and chips? Try a lovely omelette, salad or ploughman 's. Afternoon teas are also good with delicious homemade cakes/sponges if there 's fruit cake on offer don 't miss it! Ice cream is also available as well as great milkshakes.The restaurant is large, light and airy. The welcome is warm and friendly there 's a really nice 'front of house ' young man of the type you 'd expect to find in a smart hotel! The strong local support enjoyed by Rich and his staff proves how good it is. The area is lovely for visitors too, with lots of attractions nearby Compton Martin is on the main A268 Bath to Weston Super Mare road."

"Staff here are lovely, very friendly and attentive and the coffee is good whether you take it away or drink in, theres a good selection of little snacks both cooked and packaged to pick from and its pretty competitive in price .. the only down side is right now there is a ton of roadworks going on around it and to get there you have to take a detour past a load of other cafe's .."

"I wanted to find a quick breakfast / brunch and stumbled over rocotillo’s. I've read reviews before that this was the place to get awesome delicious milkshakes, which are second to none as well as delicious pancakes the atmosphere was like an American diner. definitiw have to sit on the theke I loved definitiw the blueberry pancakes and want to go back on the other side I ordered the mint choc chip milkshake, which only average. the taste was not strong enough for my taste. after tasting I wish I had ordered a more stock standard chocolate. Maybe if I go back to the pancakes for the next time, I'll have a quiet milkshake."

"I visited here on a Sunday afternoon. The service was so friendly and kind. The ice cream looked delicious but I was too cold to be tempted. Instead I had a coffee that was good quality and reasonably priced. The decor was funky and modern. The music was jazz and cool. I really liked it here and will certainly visit again."
