"This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a McDonald's. My husband and I waited over 20 mins in the drive thru for 2 mcflurries. After about 15 mins the girl from the first window leaned out and started yelling at the guy at the window where you get your food. When we finally did arrive at the food window 25 mins later we were given small drink cups that they were trying to pass off as a McFlurry. It was half filled with ice cream, crushed Oreo, more ice cream, and then crushed Oreo on top. Anyone who has ever ordered a McFlurry knows that it is mixed with the spoon, the spoon is removed from the machine, and then given straight to the customer. We literally had to ask for spoons.The employees were extremely curt and it was obvious there was no coherent management on duty. I honestly cannot believe this place is still in business.I know I'm complaining about ice cream and that's a first world problem. However, at almost $7 per McFlurry they could have done it correctly and it was one issue after the other at this place. Ray Charles or even Helen Keller could have done a better job."
