"Ordered 2 milkshakes. Person making milkshakes did not pay attention to order numbers. So instead of waiting for 10-15 minutes. It took almost 25 minutes. Not bad. But the cashier instead of talking to the employee. Yelled at him. Making the experience uncomfortable."

"I have personally been going to the shop for many years glad they have stayed with the panache blend of coffee beans. I never have a problem always get my coffee the way I want it if it doesn’t come out right because of a new girl it is changed without question or problem and fixed they stand behind their product and do a great service all the girls that work there are awesome. If someone has a bad experience it’s probably them and not the shop yes I it can get busy. People just need to be patient or learn how to speak up and say hey could you make this little hotter or a little less sweeter or maybe a little more sweeter. Let’s communicate like humans. The shop is one of the best coffee shops around."

"The service was slow, the food overpriced. The tables needed to be wiped down and none of the ketchup bottles had any ketchup in them. Two employees were taking a break while the rest of the crew was trying to get the orders out. The only positive thing for me was that the raspberry shake was good."

"They typically hv very good customer service but one of the (the older Caucasian lady) women manager's was really rude and lied, right in my face. Yesterday, a matter of fact the younger Caucasian (the same one who messed up on my order before) woman got myorder wrong. Whenever, I do buy food from there, I always order the same thing. Always! The older gal, claimed, I complainedabout my food everytime, whenever, I buy from their establishment. Look, that was a right down bold faced fib. If my order ismessed up, please just fix it. You can see that demonic spirit rising up in this woman. I've only had a problem with my ordermaybe a year ago and Yesterday. This lady was big mad and very unprofessional today. After, I left the window after ordering myfood today, she was still talking crazy. I was completely floored. I wish I knew the cooperate number, bc, I would definitelymake a complaint on that lady. I would've gave them a 5 star, but after what I'd experienced, today; can't do it. I hv beenpurchasing my food from there on wood street every since I was a youngster!"
