"We ordered a jalapeño chicken pizza to share among three of us and it was so good! My friends and I saw each other a couple days after and said we were all still thinking about the pizza. I recommend eating there in person to enjoy it while it's still hot. I've driven by before a few times but glad I got a chance to stop by and try. Service was also great, be back again soon"

"Great flavors, great staff and awesome treats and a better vibe! Unique Ice cream definitely es única. Delicious ice cream and good prices with a small seating area. Would definitely recommend on a hot or cold day! The best mangonada near Cal State EastBay hands down 10/10 will come here again ?"

"If you've lived in the East Bay for any length of time, I don't need to tell you about Val's reputation and the legendary full pound Papa Burger and malts and shakes. And I'm pretty sure I have posted reviews in the past. But the last couple of years have hit small businesses hard, and Val's was also closed for some time. So I was thrilled to see the open sign passing by, and made a detour to visit. It is not back to full operation, only open 11 to 5 on Fridays and Saturdays, and only burgers, fries, and shakes to go. It is old school, as always, call to place orders, cash only, brought out to your car. (as of this writing Sep 2022). I was saddened to see patrons pull up, read the sign then leave ???? I get it... you can go down the road to Nations or some other chain burger joint, and they're decent. But you will not find a burger to match. But I was also pleased to see some kindred spirit patrons stick around. I am not even sure Val's wants or can handle more business right now, but I hope enough of us can rally to help Val's survive and hopefully thrive again. Please do go out of your way to detour and give them your business."

"Cheeseburger was drenched in ketchup and mustard.. it was lowkey nasty to eat. Chili Dog was pretty decent. French Fries were cold and soggy."

"Spotted their food truck at the Fremont Street Eats 2 weeks ago. We decided to give this a try. We ended up getting the ube cheesecake flan and flandesal. Flandesal (4/5) soft ube sweet bread filled with their house made leches flan. The bread was nice and fluffy but tasted sweet when you get to the middle. Ube Cheesecake Flan (4/5) ube cheesecake tart topped with their house made leches flan. The flan on top was sweet and thick. Another good dessert but it was sweet as well. I didn't like how you had to buy either a pack of 4 or 6 of their Ube Cheesecakes Flan and half dozen of their Ube Flandesal. Wished their food truck was selling the sampler pack that they offer from their main store in Hayward. I would prefer this."
