"There’s so many great things to say about scoops from the owners, employees, and all the way down to their ice cream. I basically go there all the time and sometimes twice in one day!? When they were closed almost two weeks, I thought I wasn’t going to make it without having some Scoops Pineapple Sherbet!!??Everyone is always so nice. Today when I arrived I had the pleasure of Maddie(I believe I am saying her name correct and hope I am spelling it correctly) to fix my Sherbet, although I mistakenly thought she was someone else. She was awesome, with a great big smile, great customer service, but most of all a heart of gold. She would make anyone want to come back to Scoops, and I did again later because they are #1 on my list. If you haven’t tried there ice cream, sherbet, shakes..etc, you are really missing a treat!"

"It's been a few years since I've posted a bad review and this place was bad. The customer service is awful. They definitely pick and choose their favorite customers. Save yourself a trip and drive a little bit further for better customer service and better quality food. The previous owners were very polite to everyone. The people working today were acting as if we were an inconvenience. I don't understand how someone can fail so miserably at chopping fruit. Keep in mind there was no line. When asked if they could chop smaller pieces I received an eye roll and she continued to chop huge pieces. Never again."
