"Not only is the food at this establishment fairly mediocre, the staff is consistently rude and go out of their way to make eating here difficult. I’ve been in multiple times when they’ve said they’re “too busy” to make what I ordered, while the restaurant sits half empty. There are a plethora of better options to eat while you’re in Provo; I highly recommend choosing one of them over JJ’s."

"Placed an online order for a basic non-customized cake, just a quick grab and go thing and they were not open at 11 like stated in their site and store front. Waited 30 minutes and still no one! Really a waste of time! Change your hours if no one can get there an open when you should be."

"Used to love this place in college. Went today and the wait was crazy. We waited almost 20 minutes at the drive through window and there wasn’t even anyone ahead of us in line when we got there. They gave us ice cream first so it nearly completely melted by the time they gave us our food. Chicken tenders used to be huge, moist, and lightly breaded. Today they were way smaller than they used to be, they were dry, and the breading was kinda tough and just slid off the chicken. Not good. Cheese fried were soggy and overcooked on top. Pretty disappointing. Probably won’t be coming back here."

"Dinner alone makes this place worth it. Best Burger is the area... I'll say again, the Stoneman Burger, is the BEST BURGER! I burned off the first bite. The atmosphere in the afternoon is dead, but I love the burger. I'll go again. The original fries were okay, I had better. I want to try her sweet potatories next time."

"The filling of the del tacos was more than half nasty, cheap, shredded cheese. Disgusting. The service was also terrible. I went specifically because it was my birthday so I can get the promised free shake, but after having me spend 20 min. walking to Taco Bell (of all places) for wifi, downloading the app, and filling out personal info, they couldn't figure out how to get the coupon they needed and ended up not giving one to me. Are you serious?? It's only worth $1."

"I love this place! While the service is somewhat slower, the frits are made to order, so they are always hot and fresh. They also roast them now instead of putting them in the oven, so they taste better. Meals and sauces are unique and the shakes are delicious! You can actually drink it, which is rare in Provo. It's a fun place to hang and almost never full."
