"I love Portillo’s food so much.So, this time, I bought stock with high hopes when the Portillo stock was listed.For the first time since Pandemic, we ate inside at a restaurant. The cleanliness of the restaurant was so different from my expectations.How could a company that wants to grow further, especially a food store, not be clean? Food is between the furniture on the chairs... The furniture is rusty, old and stinky, and the cleanliness of the kitchen is really questionable.I was disappointed to see the cleaning staff only cleaning the visible areas.It is my wish to pay attention to cleanliness as much as food."

"This place is great to tear them off. I ordered a philly bark a small French pommes and a side of the cheese sauce. what I received was a Philly beef with 1/3 less meat a order fidgeted with the half of them the tiny pieces from the end of the kartoffel, which were so hard that they could not eat them, and a side of the cheese sauce only half full. all this for $18:34 plus a tip. never!"
