"This place exceeded my expectations. Probably the most homiest hotel I’ve stayed at. We stayed in the vaulted ceiling king room and again opening the door I was just amazed at how warm and inviting it was. Two balconies, one overlooking the pool. We checked out the restaurant next door for breakfast and it was delicious. I did try to check in a couple hours early to see if it was even possible but was told to come back at check in time. That older lady at the front desk didn’t seem to have customer service skills and I’m not sure she was part of the front desk staff? I just feel like she could’ve addressed my question differently. She didn’t ask what room I was in. I didn’t expect to be checked in two hours earlier but just was checking to see if it was possible after the long drive. When I came back, she was no longer there and had more welcoming staff there. Still giving 5 stars however because who knows, maybe she had a bad day and again I felt she wasn’t maybe part of the normal front desk staff. Anyways I would stay there again! 10/10 rating."
