"We are in the last week of our 5 week trip in Europe. We booked a number of restaurants but this one is the one we have been waiting for and it didn’t disappoint. Silene is in an amazing location and the restaurant mirrors it location with a beautiful ambiance in the restaurant. The small staff are friendly and accomodating and clearly love where they work and the food. We had the meat degustation which was a reflection of the chefs life. They were all amazing but my favourite was the pigeon pasta. Worth including in your trip is you are planning to visit the area."
