"We had a table for 1 o'clock and we arrived a few minutes ago. the lights were on, but the doors were closed. we went through the hotel entrance and reached an inside door where we could see a man at the bar. I knocked on the door, but he ignored me. So I knocked again and said we had a table. he answered that he was not ready yet. it was about 1:05 a.m. at this point (the pub was advertised as open by 12 a.m.) so he left us standing outside and didn't even let us in to sit down. then we decided to go somewhere else and go away. when we left the garden area, the man opened the doors (now about 1:10) and looked at us to allow us. I spoke to him to say that I have never experienced such bad services that we had booked a table and he had ignored me and that we had 2 children with us. he said he didn't know about a book. that's irrelevant, he should have opened the doors to us when I said we booked a table. when he was not ready, he was very rude and pathetic."
