"We came here from another hotel to get some breakfast. We ordered mostly eggs and it took 45 min for it to arrive while the place was mostly empty. The eggs were just ok. The lack of service here just made it hard to come back."

"My expectations were high for a tidy wine bar tucked along a hip Brooklyn street...and they were exceeded—a lot. Lena had vast knowledge of wine and shared her expertise of “orange” wine. Designated by the rich color of organic natural wine making with white varietals. The mussels are wonderful. I am still savoring the herbs and creamy texture of a sauce I continued to eat after finishing the last morsel."

"They asked to sit in because it was hot. we sat in front of the bar where the pizza oven literally is located a foot from the next table. 15 minutes passed and no one approached us to take our order. after we placed our order and the pizza was delivered (from a very nice server, nicer than the waiter) no plates were passed. we have tried to look for our waiter and he was nowhere to find so that we simply placed a serviette on the table and used it as a plate. because it was hot in the room, we asked to be moved to another table (at least I had to go and look at the waiter since he never came back), then he said that he could not sit anywhere else....talk about the customer service...(at least pretend they want to bring us). Anyway, we decided to pay the bill and just go, we gave a few feedback to a nice waitress our feedback and she mentioned that this happened because they were busy. if they come here for a date, forget it! no private sphere and terrible customer service! 0/10"

"Our many visits to Buttermilk Channel have never been anything but exceptional. Cocktails, appetizers, entrees, and service are always top notch. Started the dinner off with an Old Gal cocktail, very nice if you like boozy drinks. Also had the Chicken Liver Mousse, it's so frickin' tasty. The Fried Chicken is obviously the main event(deservedly) when it comes to entrees but on a recent visit, I tried the Duck Meatloaf. I'm not usually a meatloaf guy but it was so good it made me wanna cuss. Seriously, it's so rich and tender, quite excellent. Lastly, our waitress was outstanding. Super friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. To sum up, go to here."
