"Order (directly from Swiss-Chicken) placed just before 9:00 p.m. Today 's opening hours until 22:00. Order never arrived. I order there quite often, but this is already the 3rd time that something like this has happened. In my opinion, the staff shortly before closing time just doesn 't really feel like it anymore and simply ignores the orders... If I had ordered something else somewhere else, it would probably have been delivered after 1.5 hours, which ended in a hungry stalemate for me. A delivery service that sometimes arrives and sometimes doesn 't is of no use to me. I will order elsewhere in the future, even if it costs a few francs more."
