"We went unreservedly and, as we arrived joto before his opening at 20:00, we sat down without difficulty. It would have been fun to try more, but our stomachs weren't up to it. Looks like he practically asks for keg. Although we did not, a nice waiter who noticed our avid interest gave us a free sample of blood. This restaurant is highly recommended."

"In trying to see as much as possible on a Sunday, we got to MALBA in the middle of the afternoon. Not having eaten since breakfast, we first stopped in the restaurant, Marcelo Dolce, which admittedly once you were inside was more upscale than expected....It was fairly crowded, and no one was in a rush to seat us, so I finally asked if we could sit at a counter that ran along the windows. After that the service improved. All we wanted were sandwiches and something cold to drink before we went into the exhibits. The sandwiches were expensive, particularly when considering what you got, but on top of that, as another review remarked, they added a US$ cover charge for a basket of bread. The place is OVER PRICED, and unless your express purpose is to eat at the restaurant and socialize, Marcelo Dolce should be avoided when visiting MALBA."

"We found this restaurant on a quiet street in Palermo. The food was well prepared, excellent wine on the glass and the service was also quite good. Our friendly waiter spoke English well and recommend wineries to try during our stay in Argentina. The restaurant was very attractive. A pleasant meal at Aipim!"

"I recently visited Buenos Aires and rented an apartment there for a month. This is one of the only restaurants at which I was a regular return customer. The salads were some of the best I've ever had. The fish was always perfectly cooked and seasoned. The tapas menu was a never-ending array of 'can't go wrong' combinations, the wine selection is impressive on it's own- even the coffee is declicious! The atmoshere is perfect. Although it's hard to go wrong in Las Canitas, this place the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet, classy dinner inside or outside. The servers were always friendly, attentive and helpful with recommendations. The owner is a class act restaurant owner who knows how to delight customers and is one reason I kept coming back. They even have a nice selection of Habanos (Cuban cigars) you can enjoy on the patio. I will miss this place and the service I received here and look forward to coming back on my return visits..."
