"Just a few kilometres from my employer, the “Weinbrück” restaurant was located in Obermoschel. A restaurant in the beautiful old building, the restaurant in the former wine cellar. Since my last, more than undercooled, I haven't been with my girlfriend anymore. Cold pumice (for heating), ice-cold plates and thus cold dishes. Too bad. I cannot say whether the cool rooms have led to the change of the “young wild” (as the former owner Mr. Beisiegel called the young operators). At first I learned from colleagues about the closure of the “Weinbrück” and the restart of the team in Ebernburg with their own vegetable garden. Of course I wanted to know if the plates are warmer at the height of the Ebernburg! So I reserved our table very briefly. Precaution for indoor use. Rain and thunderstorms were reported. The phone contact was cheerful friendly. So you felt very welcome before the visit. In beautiful weather we arrived in Ebernburg. Ebernburg in sight Free parking is available directly under the castle. We were warmly welcomed on site. I was very pleased that the restaurant manager Simon Weller conquered with the boss Jean Luc Blumers Ebernburg. The weather is much better than expected. The well maintained interior empty. The friendly reception immediately followed the menu, supplemented by 2 day recommendations on the slate table. The unloaded menu was too good for us. And the decision is therefore difficult. Our drinks were served in advance. 1 bottle of mineral water, 0.75 l € 4.70. Another bottle followed. And for me a “Monkey 47 Black Forest Gin Tonic € 7,50, unfortunately without ice. I quickly filled this with the friendly lady at the counter, because without ice Gin Tonic does not go for me. We both chose the same appetizers and we didn't have to wait long for them. The disadvantage: It could not be eaten really well by the “Müsli dishes”, a rather “senkrechter poodle”. This has not broken the 4 perfectly roasted shells tastefully. Outside nicely browned and glazed in juicy and still slightly glazed. The slightly nutty sweet-shell taste. Those who prefer rice as a risotto were not disappointed here. We both like it. Risotto needs (like bread) time. The rice lacked the light bite and also the typical "blood". Sometimes you just have to “extract” expectations. As a good and juicy vegetable rice with cucumber pieces for fruity acidic aromas we still liked it. Red beet roots, bread crispy, with fresh sprouts and blood beet delivered a colorful and tasty appetizer. House-baked bread was served. I am a passionate bread baker. Tastefully, the easy waiting bread was good and very commendable the kitchen was not put on a comfort product. Nevertheless, the crust was too weak and the crumb was too cheerful. A longer dough guide would certainly help. Already in the “Weinbrück” in Odernheim he liked to combine the dishes with fruit. The service could be seen, the plates preheated! The wild boar is very pink fried (just right for me), tender and juicy. Pink wild boar Schokosauce celery cumming Macaire The reduced sauce was very successful and was certainly included more red wine than chocolate in the sauce. The chocolate uses just right: discreet, distinctive and non-precision. Celery in the form of fine celery pure and barcelery. Kumquat is used as a counter pole from its own cultivation. The fried potato chicks rounded off this course very harmoniously. For my husband: Pecannuss Bärlauch Rhabarber celery € 24,70. The enclosed navy fried golden brown and juicy. Above slightly fried Rhabarb stiffeners, probably for the light acid instead of lemon. Celery Cream, fried several-year-old cellar the companions. Fresh herbs and beard foam rounded off the creative dish. Only my lover dared to think of a dessert. It was clear. For among the desserts was Crème brûlée of white chocolate, rosemary, berry soup with fruit and walnut from own garden, Schokosahne € 7,80. Chocolate, rosemary, berry soup Everything was there for my sweet mouth and there was not the quietest point of criticism. Otherwise, nothing of the fine delicacies remained self-explaining. Among the desserts I did not find a basil sorbet. On the map I hadn't escaped with one of the appetizers. Of course, Restaurant Manager Simon Weller assured me a little of my favorite baskets. For € 1.50, the basil Sorbet was refined with raspberry. So my perfect dessert found me! Basil Sorbet with raspberry After the friendly adoption we saw the back terrace. Here is the beautiful view of the rocks and in the Nahetal. Apparently more airy. The better place is here with heat. The complete restaurant and terrace are accessible to disabled people. Toilets can be reached via stairs in the basement. Very clean and well maintained. But the delayer could now make a renovation with these dedicated young tenants. Conclusion: A courageous, creative and surprising cuisine. It is pleasantly distinguished from the other regional offer. With friends we will hopefully be able to make our next visit soon. What I really didn't like, so dress up, the dishes! As good as I like the pre-war terrazzo floor in my parents' house: I don't want to eat it. And the “Geschirr” reminded me very much. Shade about the fine dishes, they were simply not worthy on this “crackish dishes”. Maybe it's still from the forerunner. "... was that by critic Nolux! If there is still time before our meeting in Bad Kreuznach to return to the video library (lusty error of phone word recognition). Nolux is now known as a reliable wine lover. I realized that not the video library, but a vinothec is meant. After the shops in the pedestrian area of Kreuznacher slowly declined, we returned to the beautiful courtyard of the Vinothek. I recommend Nolux's extensive criticism. You can't add it anymore. Lovers of German (near wines come here at their expense. Not only the gastronomy is recommended here, but also the marketing of the increasingly high-quality near wines! Service: We took place at one of the free tables in the backyard. The map with few well-thought-out dishes “Regional delicacies to wine” and the many wines (with named and less well-known near winemakers is ready on the tables. The service this late afternoon is operated by two young men and later another employee. Easy and beautiful. In this way I have a consultation within: It's sweet. My husband chose 0.1l Sauvignon Blanc,trocken, Weingut Anette Closheim, Langenlonsheim to € 4.50. The wine, almost too conscious. The fruity aromas are very intense. Great, but if you want to enjoy it for a (lighter food, it probably wants to be thoughtful. The actual dinner was still on. That is why we chose “small wines”. Various spreads with olives, herbal oil and fresh bread at 4.50 €. I think there's no one here who wants to drink. It just fits wonderful. A basket of fresh and fine-pored white bread was served. Then 3 varieties of olives, a fresh pepper cheese and a herb gurke. For our wine and for two no problem to serve only a part. There were also some slices of bread, there were still fresh cheese and quark left. Tastefully everything good and fresh. The herbal oil couldn't really convince me. Probably regional (raps? oil. I prefer a good olive oil. For me there were then 0.1 l Riesling dry from the blue slate, winery Alt, Monzingen, to € 2.90 in. We could have done that. The wine card can go badly with the many enticings! In the meantime, Nolux and his lady met. Weinlaumen! The aperitive here before it went a few meters further to Bella Italia. We could almost stay. The flame cakes look good here: Ambience: Very harmonious, Mediterranean rural and well maintained. Lavender dowels and green plants limit the outdoor seating area with beautiful seating. heavenly tranquility 10 meters from the pedestrian zone. A happy hand was also shown inside. Toilets were not visited! Conclusion: If we are back in Bad Kreuznach, this is a mandatory visit!"

"A week earlier we hiked consciously through the historical museum village in Bad Sobernheim. Bad Münster is only 20 km away and here we were back on the road. The “Weinotel Schneider” I had in my mind, without preparation. Unfortunately it was closed at noon. We were walking. We went past the Ebernburg court. “Frischer Ingelheimer Spargel” stood on the outside of the board. The house looks well maintained rural, beer garden opposite the house. I'm on my way. This is our second choice. You can't always be lucky... It got us the concentrated muff of the last 40 years and since it was nothing worth mentioning here. Actually, you should go back to the paragraph, but: 1. I don't want to be biased. The employee delivered straight room plants and table flowers. Yeah, we can sit down. Cheese parrots were the alternative. On request – no, not fresh. Out of the bag. For both of us: Ingelheimer Spargel with salt potatoes and Sauce Hollandaise for proud € 16.80! We were assured Hollandaise was homemade. I was hoping that in such a dense house the kitchen would have the classic. After a short waiting period, our dishes were served in surprisingly modern dishes. We didn't order a senior plate, but it was delivered. Asparagus, salt potatoes, Hollandaise A part of the asparagus usually contains 500 g asparagus. Here 5 thin asparagus bars were served, badly peeled at the lower end and woody. These ends must not be served For a long time there were no 500 g (but there was only one part on the map! For this, 3 small salt potatoes, these tasted watery (precooked ? but with a bad TK porcelain finish. Contrary to my fear, neither asparagus nor potatoes were cooked. The asparagus beautiful with bite, but also quite fade in taste. Salt and pepper mill (always no spits I was looking at the side tables. The nurse was busy. The small amount of Hollandaise very good. Puuhh. There was nothing left except the remains of “spatgel afterputting”. The staff (similar restaurant specialist or florist asked if it tasted during cleaning. To my answer “Spargel peels we still have to practice” I reaped an incomprehensible view, confirmed further comments and fled into tight, dark, renovating but clean toilet. The flowers of the house are really 1A! One more word about cleanliness: The tables covered clean, cutlery, glasses perfect. But walls speak volumes, the old linoleum floor in the corners close, chairs with clear signs of use. The color on the space separator leaves. Absolute renovation at all corners. Not an antique market, but a toad market. The figures per EC were indeed possible. Out of the air and never in. € 47,00 for the commandment I was not very hungry when we arrived. But hungry when we got out. Too bad for the little town. Bad Münster is really nice and has a great location. But the times of the numerous and costly spa guests are unfortunately over."

"On the recommendation of an acquaintance we visited the "Ponte Vecchio" for lunch. Ambiance: The entrance of the restaurant flows from “Hinterhofambiente” and has a little inviting effect, while a rustic Trattoriacharm is greeted inside with a slightly overloaded decoration. But what was directly negative to me was the dirty tablecloth, and even though we were the first guests just before 12 a.m. Now before my visit I read a promising review of “[hidden email]” on “Restaurantkritik.de” and I was already aware that this criticism must be a 5 x 5 star desire. Maybe the food can score! ... I thought and was disappointed – as much as before. Service: We were greeted by a young waitress, not only overwhelming, but okay. The head of the house was in the beer garden when cleaning, looking briefly at the restaurant, but had no desire to see us a “Buon giorno” or “Come stai”, also later only his regular guests welcomed with a Hello. What's going on? The female service was otherwise attentive and delivered us quite flotted with drinks. Food: There is a well sorted menu with all kinds of Italian dishes, but also a daily mirror with several recommendations. Our choice: Grilled calf carving with salad and potatoes up to € 15. My companions also chose the veal carving, twice the spaghetti Aglio Olio with pipes for 12,00 € and once the lasagna a modo mio at 12,30 €. Review: The portions were extremely laborious except for spaghetti. The spaghetti, according to my friends, were very good, the lasagna was also perfect, but only lukewarm, and the part was especially thirsty. My choice “Kalbschnitzel with salad and potatoes” could not score apart from the side salad This was crispy fresh, nicely assembled and perfectly lubricated with a fat spicy vinegar/oil dressing. The potatoes were pre-cooked, probably not too hot fat and somehow faded. The maternal calf carvings, estimated 150gr or less, were on the one hand beautifully slim, grilled with the typical grill strip also visually perfectly set in scene, but probably have on the preheated plates for a little too long. They were only lukewarm and a little firm and not so juicy anymore. Two more desserts were ordered that not only super presented, but also sound great after the information of my friends. The better choice was certainly spaghetti, calf carving and lasagna were not “master performance”. For the kitchen I give 3 stars. With drinks such as Soave 0.25l to 4.20€, mineral water 0.7l to 5,50€, espresso etc. we had a total bill of about 140€. A proud price for the offer. Visit on 04.06.2014"

"A short-term appointment went to Bad Münster. In the meantime, some waiting times wanted to be bridged... Practical: lunch. The first restaurant served had rest day, the spa house was the next choice. Located directly at the spa park, parking is not possible directly at the restaurant. On the street side of the slate table with the daily recommendation: “Schwäbischer lens plate with homemade latency”. That laughed at me! I heard a lot about this traditional dish, but I never ate it. I found at a small table in the shade of the restaurant... Service: ... and waited for the service. The menu was already on the table. Unfortunately, this brought together the lens planning. The young man from the service came the same, but was not very attentive. The ordered food came after a pleasant waiting period. The orders are received electronically. Here's the big weakness. I ordered the bill. I reiterated the question of whether I need a document. It took and lasted. After 20 minutes, the statement: The device doesn't want proof. I don't know the prices for Schorle and Mineral Water. Not so great. Food and drink: 1 dry Rieslingschorle as a refreshing thirst quencher and then 1 small mineral water. On the well-maintained menu with the daily dishes, the more detailed description of the Swabian delicacies: “Schwäbischer lens plate with homemade latency (Bissle Speck and Saiteschtle) up to € 7.90. “Bissle” does not save me the court. I dared to ask the service worker if he goes without bacon and sausage because I don't eat it. This was not possible because the court is already prepared. Available in a dining table. I saw in the “normal card” and chose Matjesfilet with roast potatoes to € 9,50. The dish was served. The roast potatoes with bacon! Here I did not ask any specific questions when ordering. However, there was no discussion with the employee to make roast potatoes new and without bacon. We had previously spoken about my “most majority interest” which I would like to have when ordering. The court was reserved. In jar with lid the mild cream sauce and cucumber, top 2 beautiful and delicate Majesfilet. In addition, roasted potatoes with onions, fresh parsley. Nice. I found that the cold cream sauce doesn't run into the roast potatoes. Since the sauce was very luxuriant (I like it easier, privately I mix cream with yogurt), I could also leave sauce well. If you want complete procurement, you can empty the glass on the plate. Ambience: Inside very well maintained, clean, very modern and simple (almost cool). A large wing is a beautiful eye-catcher in the restaurant. I took place in the outer areas of the spa promenade (which is not promenadig in Bad Münster). Later I saw the beautiful terrace to the spa park. I'm sure you're more beautiful. Toilet was not visited. Conclusion: Beautiful restaurant with smaller weaknesses. I could eat something there. The menus are available online. The menu is quite ambitious."
