"Beautiful service in a bad place. the waiters are super nice, even if they don't speak English. the food should come with a health warning that we ate their pizza three times and they let us feel uncomfortable every time.must cut the cost and cheap ingredients like cheese. there are many places to have pizza in slim and that is definitiw none of them!"

"My first visit at Ziegelhütte was for my birthday dinner; booked the table a week before, all nice and easy. Arrived by car, astonished by the large car parks and the lack of free spaces the day was very sunny and we do expected many other guests. Still, we got our spot, table was free and we started to order a wide selection from the rather small menu (this is a plus!! . Short word to the service; well we had a lady from switzerland which was just average friendly guessing this simply because the place was crowded; else this could not be accepted. Anyway, the food was good, my meat was okay, the one from my wife tasted too much from the charcoal grill flavor/smoker chips. The served beer is no industrial crap and the wine selection looks very solid. One more to mention; Water is paid per person (Sfr 3 , any refill is free very fair! The water is from the tab which fits us just fine no need for special bottled mineral water well done! Overall we paid Sfr. 250 four large dishes, wine, beer and deserts average for Zurich. The restaurant tries to have an alternative; healthy living type of reputation which does not work in any way possibly trying to make it right for everyone for me; you can go further when it comes to meat (knowing the up tick in pricing Verdict +Style +Outdoor Seating +Parking"

"Toscano is well located on a busy little pedestrian street in Zurich's Old Town. My family and I visited while on vacation in July, 2022. The food was excellent we each immediately raved about our dishes and offered bites to each other. The service was excellent, as well. Our waiter suggested a green salad for us to share, and it was the best salad of our trip (and a welcome change from all the fondue and raclette we had been eating). Overall a great experience."

"I don't know just how many date nights we came here as a couple and scarfed on their menu. Their food was delicious each and every time. We always requested them to make it spicy to suit our needs and they did that!...We asked for chutneys and achaars and we always got that too! It was like home away from home. The service was always efficient and friendly not too close and not too distant suited us just fine. I really recommend their garlic naan it is heavenly. Their decor is pleasing to the eye. Nothing overly fancy but then we are Indian. It is tasteful and restrained though (in a good way .To a non Indian person it might come across as quite extravagant : (also in a good way . The prices are somewhere between mid range and fine dining but I would say its well worth it! We always found an eclectic mix of Swiss people and Indian people among the guests"

"It met our expectation of what we thought a traditional German/Swiss restaurant would be. We had a very late lunch, shared a sausage sampler, some sauerkraut and fries. The local beers on tap included a nice variety and were excellent. Service was great, overall an excellent experience."
