"This restaurant has been steadily going downhill. My colleague asked if a dish was spicy, and was told it wasn't. It turned out to be very spicy and the dish was inedible. The waitress still charged for it, and it was only when threatened to have a manager come over, did she remove it from the bill. The minestrone soup tasted canned. Bland, with no herbs or spices. Another member ordered a wedge salad with the traditional bleu cheese dressing, and asked for a side of ranch also. The waitress brought a side of ranch only with no other , and then argued with the patron. Another patron had much the same experience with one of their dishes. I paid my bill in cash and my change was never returned. It wasn't enough to bother arguing over. I guess the waitress felt it was her due for her terrible service. That's probably the only way she receives tips; is by not returning change. We won't be returning."

"Not food related, but wanted to give a shout out to Zack (Zach? at Russo's College Park in the Woodlands. We were working on a roof next to Russo's yesterday and making quite a bit of noise. Zack asked if we could stop work as it was bothering his customers (as any good manager would do . We only had about 30 minutes of work left and instead of having us break down and come back another day, Zack proposed that once the customers in the restaurant departed, we’d have about 45 minutes until his next rush. This allowed us to complete our job and saved us quite a bit of set up, time, and money. Zack, we appreciate you working with us. Eat at Russo’s College Park! "While the atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for and our waitress helpful, our dishes were so-so and several came out lukewarm. For the money, I found it a little underwhelming. We were promised bread several times that never arrived. The waitress seemed to want to hear our feedback and concern but her manager did not seem at all concerned."
