"It was a Sunday at lunchtime and the place was packed. We were seated fairly quick. The waitress was friendly and took our order promptly. The had to wait awhile before we received our food, about 30 minutes. The food was excellent!"

"Drove 3 hours from Canada and stopped by for dinner. Didn't wait long before we were seated, even though it was busy. Our waitress Angelica was awesome and super friendly. The service was great, definitely coming back here soon. One of the best dinning experiences I've had in a while."

"The oil that chicken was cooked made chicken taste burnt and oily. Chicken dry and over cooked. Green beans were cold and collards green’s were fruity tasting. The waitress was sweet but very slow. We will go again but next time if we have issues with food we will let server and management know"

"Our first time ever since the pandemic. we were a little hesitant after so many negative reviews, but we were not disappointed. do not wait, sit, order very quickly, and eating came in a reasonable time, and it was good as before. the menu was more economical, but still a decent choice, and they were not from what we ordered, the Broccoli chicken and the grilled chicken. as a new reviewer said, they don't come here for trendy cuisine, but for the old favorites who still work – and don't break the bank. Maybe we had only luck tonight, but we were glad we took care of the incident."

"Food was fine. The service was beyond slow. From sit down to receiving our meals was beyond an hour and twenty five minutes. The people that sat behind us got there food fifteen minutes before us. The server was very nice just the whole restaurant was slow. Appears to be the lack of employees. Dirty tables and floors everywhere. The tables were cleaned when they needed to sit someone new. Very disappointing dinner."

"Pre pandemic cracker barrel is back! my man and I love cb and the in pooler has taken a hit with kovid. we had several hiccups for the last years to eat, as well as take out. the quality changed, the positions were smaller, the eating was uneven. Well, friends, I am here to say cracker barrel is back in action and my eating was amazing today and our service was on point! my frying-belt dinner was so good and tasteful. a large part of delicate bark meat and the perfect amount of gravity. the kartoffels were beautiful and smooth. even my arnold palmer had the perfect balance of tea limonade. the restaurant was packed, but the personal remained upright! great job cracker barrel you made me!"
