"Came here a few weeks ago and had a delicious dinner and great time with my family.What a difference a few weeks makes!Tonights dinning experience was absolutely abysmal!Obviously understaffed tonight and completely mismanaged.We had to wait too long for our entrees (which was only got 2/3 of what we ordered). Mains came out almost an hour after that, one of them was wrong but by that stage we were hungry enough to eat it!We waited over 30 mins for our drinks and weren't asked again during the night if we'd like more.We had dirty cups and plates on our table the whole time and there were empty tables that looked the same.There were at least four other dining parties that got up and left during our time there, and we were very close.The food was absolutely delicious though! It has been both times I've been. It's such a shame that this experience was so bad, this place is at a great location and has great potential...they just need to sort something out!"
