"Came here with a family of 6 for fathers day. We were all excited about trying the 500 flavours they boasted. But when we got in there they had 10 basic flavours and absolutely no customer service. I asked whether they had menus the server with curly hair just said no bluntly and didn’t bother to help us. I then spotted a “order menu” on the side which was confusing because it was just for Sundays and waffles but not cones. When there’s 6 of you and it’s a tiny crowded shop it’s difficult to get everybody up to the counter to choose there’s hardly any space to move around. Another very rude tattooed server looked fed up to be serving us and kept snapping anything else! Like she said wanted to just be done with us. Honestly felt like walking out!!! But when you have children who are excited to be there it’s not that easy. Basic tip for you it doesn’t matter how good the ice cream is if there’s no decent customer service !!!!! Also I’ve got my popcorn ready waiting for the owner to argue back with me like he has done in all the other reviews who rated them as rude!!!!!"

"Came where with my family for a sunday roast was one of the best ive had in a long time unlimited roasts and gravy definitely the way to do it already booked for christmas dinner. The staff are very respectable and polite will always say to my friends to try this place its all in all great Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Sunday Roast, Sunday Roasted Chicken, Roast Beef"

"If you love vegan plant based meals, this place is a must! I have been about 10 times to this cafe and everything I have ordered is absolutely delicious! Lovely location too if you're sightseeing or shopping in Hitchin. Nice touch that they allow dogs too. Thanks Chia!"
