"It's not what you'd expect from what a company business seems to be in a strip ball. Hersheys is a small café owned by a wonderful young couple. While their menu can be simple, their taste is anything but. My personal favorite is the corn and cancer bisque. It has a rich complex taste the rivals that have been eaten by some of the high-end restaurants I have eaten. When I talked to Chase the owner about it, he is sad, it is really 100% homemade with fresh ingredients even until imported saffron. Anyone who after quite good house style comfort food should definitely try Hersheys ice salon."

"Attended a Vegan Pop up by Amber Halverson and it was an amazing experience. Her food will blow your mind! Absolutely incredible vegan options--I've been a vegetarian for 20 years now and I've never had food like this. The vegan smash burger was a solid choice- loved it!"
