"Following my fist visit with a group, I booked for lunch with my husband. Again, it was superb. Greeted with Kir and an amuse buche - a sliver of milhassous topped with smoked duck, it was followed by chicken pate and a warm chicken mousse with a sliver of smoked trout. The main course was chicken in a forestiere sauce, sauted potatoes and vegetables. Locally produced cheese followed. The dessert was spectaculat - a little strawberry tart, a choux bun filled with cream and fresh raspberry, and a homemade strawberry ice cream lolly. We both said that it is the best food in the area by a long way. The price of 21Euros is exceptional for such delicious food. I look forward to many more visits which I am sure will not disappoint."
