"Waited in drive thru for well over 15 mins. Called them in line to find out what was taking so long…And apparently the people inside the restaurant matter more then the drive thru. They are just getting caught up. We watched customers walk out with just a shake. I called before the line became wrapped around the building. This isn’t fast food anymore, Thier excuse was that thier short staff. But everywhwre around here is short staffed. If your running a fast food chain the tickets in drive thru shouldn’t take forever long. Drive thru suppose to come first before lobby. But whatever. Manager didn’t do anything to excuse the time we waited. Meal was still nearly $40 to Feed 3. It’s just crazy. Not my favorite experience. Wasted my whole lunch break here. In the drive thru alone."
