"It was a busy night, but this is the norm. Expect to wait a little, even with a reservation. We waited about 15 min so not too bad. They didn’t bring out our appetizer until most of the rest of the entree was out. Then they didn’t have two shot glasses for the sake we ordered so we had to share one between the two of us. The food was excellent as usual, and luckily I’ve been there bunch of times so I knew what to do. Otherwise, we probably would’ve been a little lost with the lack of attention we got. I’ll definitely go back, but I would stick to less busy hours."

"1pm we got there. There were 10 people lining up before us. Looks like they were waiting for the tables. Like normal we just stood behind the line.1.45pm 10 people came before us and 10 people came after us all were called and got their tables. We just thought we were like the only idiots. No one said any word to us. We guessed we might need a reservation? So we made a 2pm reservation right at 1.45.2.40pm after another 10 people came after us entered this restaurant. We argued with the reception guy. He told us we are the last table on the reservation list. No one told us we need a reservation to line up here, no one even talked to us. We were in the middle of the line first 1 hour, then front of line last 1 hour. But the tables just never ours.Finally we got our table. Meat was not bad. But portions were just not big every round you ordered and only 3 rounds order for a table. For us, the portion was just okay. But the next table talked to us, said they are not even full, and they want to order more but no more orders. It’s kind of ridiculous. You are not full when you walk out from an all-you-can-eat restaurant.I didn’t mean anything to any staff there but the management. Please don’t forget to make a appointment before you go."

"Was excited about this place because my husband and I have spent a lot of time in Japan and enjoy this style of Food and eating. Food was good. But it is a terrible service model and very unfriendly. They don’t explain the ordering process instead you are told “you have 90 minutes, whatever you don’t finish you are charged for”. What?! It’s a bad way of saying “only order what you think you can eat” and please don’t linger”. 4 at the table and did the dinner for 4. They brought one mini salad when we ordered salad and two shrimp when we ordered shrimp. I think if you go back many times and understand the way they operate you could enjoy it more."
