"Love 168. Looks like a dump from the outside but the food is amazing everytime. They also have cute booths. They have updated to tablet ordering system recently. Very fast service, great food, great prices, great selection. So much better than 520."

"This is not authentic Japanese food since it is run by Chinese people. But it's good for the price. I went in and asked for a curtained off room so my child, who suddenly felt ill could lay down. I was with a friend and her 3 and 8 year old, and my 3 year old. The food was ok. Our server was great! I told him my child would not be eating since he has fell ill but if he decided to he could charge me for him. Well my child did not eat and slept the entire time and the server saw this. When I went to pay, i asked for separate bills. I never got one so I walked to the counter to pay....my friend paid 60$ for herself and her 2 kids, and almost 40 for myself and my 3 year old. I was a bit confused as to why both bills had 15% gratuity added when there is a sign that clearly says that 6 or more people would be automatocally charged 15% gratuity. Ok... have no problem with that, however, we were 5 people. I explained this to her and she sad she saw 6 so that's why she added it...ok, fair enough, but now I expect her to change the bill. That's when she became belligerent with me and said that the extra charge was for the curtained off room. I told her that I didn't know there was an extra charge and that if that should have been explained to me by my server. She said there are signs inside the room....I went to find the sign but could find none. My waiter came to me and said this was a new fee for using the curtained off room....I said ok....but I wish that was explained to me so that I could make a choice about it and since it wasn't, I would like the 15% removed from the bills. Then the lady, who the waiter told me afterward was the co-owner of the restaurant, asked me why I go out to eat and don't tip my server....I told her that I had every intention of tipping my server but I would like to determine the tip and it was unfair that 15% was taken out of 2 bills especially when 5 people ate not the 6 required for the automatic "tax". I come here from time to time with my family but Needless to say I will not be coming back here again ....the food is not worth it and the customer service is sub par."

"I usually order the same thing through Uber eats about 6 times it’s been awhile but I ordered it yesterday evening. I ended up getting food poisoning vomiting , diarrhea, hot flashes and worse stomach pains I’m still in pain today been able to reduce some symptoms with Pebto and tea. I just called to let them know manager said she was away yesterday she don’t know and that she’s sorry that’s it Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1"

"We usually eat at all you can eat sushi restaurants but thought we would venture out and eat at a regular sushi restaurant for a change. This restaurant is very expensive for what you get. 6 pieces of assorted sashimi $8, 3 pieces of salmon sashimi $6, 1 piece of tempura shrimp $2 each with minimum order of 2 pieces required, small bowl of mango ice cream $4 are some of the what I think are the overpriced items are that come to mind. Food was good. Service was good. It was the waiters 2nd day he said and he was very friendly and eager to please.It's the atmosphere that really didn't impress me. We were seated between a table of 3 loud talking women and a tv which they insisted be turned on to the hockey game. We had to ask that the tv be turned down which is was with no problem but for a moment it felt like we were in a sports bar. Restaurant could definitely use some sprucing up so at least you got the feel of eating in an expensive restaurant to go with the final bill."
