"This was the best meal we had in Christchurch because it’s an entire experience. The staff were all so friendly and kind, and most importantly, the food tasted amazing. My boyfriend and I got to try the beef, seafood and chicken here and it’s really wonderful. The scallops are so soft, the chicken is sweet and flavourful and the beef cubes were tender inside. They serve you stir fried veggies, steamed rice and miso soup to go with your meal as well. It’s definitely value for money given the quality of food and the whole teppanyaki experience."

"We were warmly greeted on arrival and made to feel very welcome which is always appreciated,the service was attentive but not overbearing and the food..oh my goodness,so so delicious and abundant. We sat around the grill this time and had a set menu which was cooked in front of us to perfection by a friendly and clearly skilled chef who was absolutely engaging to watch. To top off the evening we were treated to a complimentary ice-cream dessert as we were celebrating an anniversary which came as a complete surprise and was such a treat. Thank you SuRa"

"Had to wait 40 mins for my order because the server was just randomly serving the food. They gave us numbers but I dont know how efficient it is because they dont beep and he never looked for them. My order must have been given to the wrong table, the customers that arrived 15 mins after me. When I followed it up because my lunch break was almost over, they were unapologetic. To make matters worst, when my order was ready, the server was about to serve it to another table. I had to call his attention or else I will be waiting for another 10 mins. During this time when restaurants are closing because of few customers coming in, they need to step up their game."

"Happy with the vegan bento box that come with vegan miso soup as well. So many little side dishes are good bonus. Enough for 2 person to share for small eater. Just wish the tofu has more gravy."

"Absolutely fantastic! Even though it was in a food court the standard of food was just wonderful. Staff were friendly and service was quick.<br/ <br/ The sushi was nicely made and had generous fillings. Sushi came with lots of wasabi and a big potter of soy sauce. The soy sauce is quite salty so just be aware of that.<br/ <br/ It was my first time trying the bento bowls and boy was I satisfied with them. Large portion sizes that are sure to fill you up.<br/ <br/ The chicken curry katsu bowl had tender and crispy chicken and was lathered in a delicious Japanese curry.<br/ <br/ The unagi bowl had plenty of toppings and a generous helping of unagi that was beautifully grilled."
