"This was very disappointing. We had eaten here on a number of occasions and the food and service was good. Last night the service was very poor. We had to ask to get wine glasses and plates to share our food twice. The salt and pepper calamari was tough and the batter was of poor quality. We advised the waiter and he smiled and shrugged! We also had sizzling pork which was tasty but as with all dishes it was served with a lot of salad, at least half the plate, with a strong dressing, absolutely not the accompaniment for sizzling pork! In addition their Covid protocols were very loose. I had to ask where their sign on book was and if I hadn’t I expect they would not have asked us to sign in. I know restaurants are doing it tough at the moment and we try and support our local restaurants but they also need to provide good food and service. This local restaurant has now lost 2 regular customers."
