"It was our first time trying Fuji and I don't think we will be returning, we got the terriyaki chicken that was really dry and bland, the Unagi Dinner was alright, the onigiri wasn't flavorful and the service wasn't friendly and attentive like I was expecting from so many good reviews. Save yourself the disappointment and go around the corner for better food at the same price or make it just as good at home."

"Every time I eat here I'm incredibly impressed! The ramen is the best I've had since vacationing in Japan, it really is that good! If you like authentic (and I use that word VERY literally), then this is a great spot for ramen! The duck bao was also incredibly delicious, succulent, and presented very nicely! Strongly recommend, especially for anyone that has a gluten allergy, as they can substitute for rice noodles and tamari."

"I had an anniversary with Shine yesterday. We split a cod sandwich. , sweet potato berries (yes) and a cabal salad. We had a great service and were treated like a king!! We also had a reset button and Keksteig truffle for Dessert- it was absolutely a leak! Thanks Jennifer for such a nice lunch and for such a good care of us!"

"This place is in a weird little strip mall, and has a spare ambiance but the food is really good. They have lots of different vegan options but we always get the Bi-Bim-Bab vegan style with the organic tofu or just veggies and top it with the hot sauce. The bi-bim-bab no longer comes with egg, but it can be requested if you're vegetarian. This is a Korean dish that is typically served on rice but Cup of Peace serves theirs on a mix of grains and rice (looks like cooked Kashi) and it's really yummy. The veggies are cooked cabbage, squash, zucchini and raw carrot/cucumber. In the past, this dish was served hot with the cool veggies on top (and so yummy but on our last few visits it's been served as a cold dish and it's not nearly as good that way. They have unusual and tasty teas as well (including really unusual honey-teas for vegetarians or people who eat honey) and Chai. Reportedly, the kim-chi is vegan but I'm not sure I trust that since the majority of kim-chi is made with fish paste and I wasn't sure that the lady at the counter knew the answer. They have a vegan puffed rice treat that is really good too it's like a Korean rice crispy treat!"

"Most authentic sushi in all of Boulder. The chef has been doing this his whole life and the food is incredible. The sushi bar is fresh and delicious. This is definitely a relaxed atmosphere and a slower dining experience and remember that authentic Japanese cuisine isn’t served at once so best for a date night versus bigger parties. I love the intimate atmosphere and authentic character of the restaurant. We’re lucky to have it in Boulder!"
