"Well Nagoya is known for its miso katsu, so I just had to give it a try. The sweet red miso is a nice departure from the strong Worcestershire sauce that most other places use. Tender pork cutlets deep fried so well it just falls apart in your mouth. The only complaint was the cutlet gets too soggy from the sauce before I was done. Otherwise, a very good meal altogether."
