I was quite dissatisfied with the way the woman apologized because it was too formal and heartfelt, and she said, I 'm sorry. was After a while, when I thought that a man came running later, he went to the part-time worker instead of the customer and asked, Are you okay? No, it 's the wrong person to call out to... The man just wiped up the spilled beer without apologizing to me. While I was doing this, the store manager went to work and rushed to apologize before I changed my clothes. The sincere apology made me feel a little better, and after that, they responded to me in various ways. I thought the manager was sincere and nice. I still use it. いつも利用させてもらっています。 美味しいし、気軽に来られるのでありがたいです。 ただ、気になったことがあったのでこちらに意見させていただきます。 以前、大学生くらいのアルバイトと思われる女性が、ビールを目の前でこぼし、かなりの量がズボンにかかってしまいました。 その女性の謝罪の仕方が、あまりにも形式的で心がこもっていない、淡々とした「失礼しました」だったのでかなり不満でしたが、何も言わず、「大丈夫ですよー」と声をかけていました。 しばらくして、あとから男性が駆けつけてきたと思うと、客のこちらではなくそのアルバイトの女性の元へ行き、「大丈夫？」と声をかけていました。 いや、声をかける相手違うだろ…と。その男性はこちらに詫びを入れることなく飛び散ったビールを一緒に拭くだけでした。 そんなこんなしてる間に店長が出勤し、着替える前に慌てて謝りに来てくださいました。誠意のある謝罪に、すこし雰囲気が悪くなっていたこちらも気分が戻り、その後も色々と対応してくださいました。 店長さんは誠意があって素敵な方だと思いました。 今でも利用しています。"
