"First: the pizza there really tastes excellent, the wine (I had a Montepulciano D 'Abruzzo is very good, and the ambience is both harmonious and cozy. I've been here for the second time, we wanted to eat something fast before another appointment and arrived shortly after 6:00. We were the first guests for the evening and it was great: Our order was received very quickly and soon drinks and pizza were before us. Until then: great service, very fast, very attentive. Somehow it tipped off from here. In the meantime, a second table was occupied. We had eaten our pizzas, but stayed at least 10 minutes before the empty plates, although host as well as serving lady went past our table several times to arrange other tables. Yeah, that's also important, but more important than customers in an almost empty place? At any rate, the plates were eventually cleared, and we asked for the bill with the hint that we had something to do. Now we waited without anyone else taking care of us. Well noted, in a place where, besides ours, only another table was occupied with two rulers. After another 10 or 15 minutes we took our jackets and went to the counter for payment. There we met our servant again, who apologized for the statement that she had been distracted. That surprised me, I would have expected a somewhat greater range of attention. Conclusion: Dear operator of the Sesto Senso in the west, please place much more value on your customer service. On other occasions, letting me wait would have been not such a big problem, but if the servician had already received the indication that he was in a hurry, I would expect this to be taken seriously. I've left the place a bit dissatisfied despite great food. Since my first visit to the local area also played a role, this seems to be almost usual (or the local is really still in the phase where everything needs to be played. I will occasionally go back for a pizza and would like to adjust my review accordingly positively : Update: After the 3 months I dared it again and visited the Sesto Senso. Apparently a lot has been done here! My criticism was that of my feeling of inattentive and indifferent service with long waiting times. Our waiter was very friendly, very courteous, very attentive, very nice. We no longer had to wait excessively long for drinks or food. The pizzas are still excellent and plentiful. Conclusion: Now 5 stars are really deserved! I'd like to go to dinner again."
