"I love the Pakistani cuisine and had the pleasure of being able to enjoy it at the end of february 2013 even before the place – on the occasion of a private visit to the Pakistani cultural metropolis lahore. For ten days I could taste some of the better and more interesting restaurants with local guides. for example, the natives with the probably best view of the city: Coocoo’s den. [here link] otherwise we were supplied with completely freshly prepared home cooking from our host and cook (which is specialized in marinating and then grilling) on the morning, midday and evening. finished products were tinted. Therefore I was pleased to announce the Pakistani restaurant kaghan as qyperin for the qype city night in juli 2013. my star surrender is primarily based on a test for which I visited the kaghan before a week (two days before the qype city night) together with anjamt. I ordered from the tageskarte murghi tandoor thali ( chicken breast fillet grilled in tandoor, with fresh heel and coriander in tomatenmasala sauce, with basmati reis and salat). although farid, one of the chefs, was skeptical, I insisted on obtaining the court “Pakistan sharp”. what I received was perfect: sharpened by fresh green chili shoots, which at some bites came quite violently but otherwise did not distract from the fine other spicy mix. what we get served two days later in the qype city at night, I mention only “except competition”, as I would never have ordered. we were there with a group of more than 30 people. the majority wanted to eat only “European middle class”. the soaped with aubergine, zucchini, homemade cheese, big pfefferoni, wobblespinate, paprika zucchini cauliflower (in freky shaky,) which reminded me of a citadel, the noble spring uwe head in the hamburger evening leaf spread over the kaghan: "I could have the meat divided so it was so raw".
