"Put an order through just eat that kept backfiring. Called Scoop and Smile to tell them there was a problem with their restaurant on Just eat and see if we could place an order, they tried to charge us again for the same food which we already ordered but they tried to charged us a lot more than what we originally paid. The woman who I was in the phone to at the restaurant said she would call back and tell me what would be happening. She didn’t call me back and instead disconnected their phone lines so I couldn’t find out if my order had went through yet. Would not have minded if they phoned back and said there was something still wrong but the fact they disregarded a customer in such a way is incredibly rude. Do not suggest ordering from here the customer service is a joke, was not treated well at all. 1 star at a push."
