"We found this restaurant on Trip Advisor, when looking for places around Salt Mine Halein (7 Km). We took our two Bavarian hosts and had our best meal yet. We had a late lunch 2:30, so the place was not too busy, but if you plan to be there at lunch or dinner time, you had best make reservations. Every plate on the table, for eight, was excellent. Home made pasta dishes (Mushroom and Wild Garlic) were outstanding. Roast pork, salads, roast pork cheeks with polenta wrapped in spring roll covers. Wow! Note that most of the dishes are served with a mixed green salad. The house side salad includes cucumber salad, potato salad, krautsalut (with bacon) and mixed greens, on top. Deserts, creme brulee, chocolate souffle and blueberry fritters were all excellent."
