"Good food. Not greasy. Convenient location in town. We are frequent patrons. One issue—they advertise a 15% NHS discount on their print menu, but have given multiple reasons not to honour this (must be cash payment, must write in the comments about NHS discount, should phone in order). The only stipulation it says on the menu is “collection only”. This evening, they gave a 10% discount after checking with the manager, without explanation and on multiple occasions did not honour the discount at all. I’d rather the restaurant not advertise any discount at all than to do so and make excuses/feign ignorance when we come to collect/pay."
